Residence Le Fontane is a two-story complex (connected by an elevator) consisting of one- and two-bedroom apartments, ideal for stays of up to 6 people.
Each apartment is designed to offer maximum comfort; they all feature a fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, and air conditioning, allowing you to feel right at home. The apartments can accommodate couples, families, or groups of friends.
The Residence offers a variety of amenities: a swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas, a barbecue area for enjoying a meal with friends, a convenient shared laundry area with washing machines and dryers, and green spaces where you can relax and enjoy your free time.
Furthermore, our staff is always available at the reception office to provide you with useful information and advice on what to visit in the surrounding area.
Residence Le Fontane is located about a 10-minute walk from the center of Villasimius, characterized by its markets and typical shops, and 2.5 km from the beautiful Simius beach.

Villasimius
The intense colors of the sea, clear and brilliant waters, granite rocks, delightful coves, long stretches of sand, lagoons and green hills, settings chosen for commercials, which instill unique emotions.
Villasimius is the pearl of the south, a dream tourist destination whose population—fewer than four thousand residents in winter—swells in the warmer months with the arrival of tens of thousands of tourists.
Its coast is formed by a 'crown' of beaches, interspersed with small cliffs and the promontory of Capo Carbonara .
Starting from Capo Boi , the southern edge of the marine protected area , you will find, along the panoramic road, the splendid beaches of Porto sa Ruxi , Campus and Campulongu , all characterised by blue sea and white sand dunes, framed by Mediterranean scrub.
Near the town centre, there is the very particular Riso beach , which differs from the others for the 'grains' that compose it.
Sailing Excursion
Sailing excursion in the protected marine area of Capo Carbonara
We depart at around 10:00 a.m. from the Villasimius Marina and are scheduled to return around 4:30 p.m. After departing, the first disembarkation includes anchoring at the Isola dei Cavoli buoy in the Cala Is Scasciu or Porticciolo bay and disembarking on the island by tender.
We'll have the opportunity to explore the island by hiking the trails that pass by its most important sites, including the lighthouse. Our stop on the island lasts about an hour, after which we'll return by boat.
Our second stop will be disembarking by tender at one of the best-known beaches between Punta is Molentis , Is Traias , Simius or Cuccureddus and will be chosen based on weather conditions. For those who don't want to disembark, there will be the option to swim from the boat.
A stop of about half an hour, without disembarking, is planned for a dip in various locations, chosen from among the most suggestive on the Villasimius coast: Porto Giunco ; the beachfront of Campulongu ; the beachfront of Simius (triggerfish); close to the island of Santo Stefano , under the lighthouse of Capo Carbonara ; Porto sa Ruxi .
Of particular interest is the Madonna Del Naufrago bay, where snorkeling enthusiasts can get close to the statue of the Sardinian sculptor Pinuccio Sciola : a Madonna and child erected on the spectacular seabed of the Isola Dei Cavoli (Snorkeling equipment is not provided by the boat).
At 12.30 we will have a delicious typical lunch on board with Malloreddus , Sardinian cold cuts and cheeses and stuffed biscuits, all accompanied by water, wine, Coca Cola, coffee and myrtle.
We will return to port at 4.30pm .

We'll meet around 10:30 a.m. at Cagliari 's city market, and it will be a truly unique experience to sample the various local delicacies in the small shops hidden in what was once the fishermen's quarter, just steps from the sea.

the Villanova area along Via San Giovanni , where the Holy Week processions take place at Easter. With a stop at the Antico Cafè, the oldest bar in the city, dating back to 1855;
the ancient medieval district of Castello , characterised by narrow medieval streets, noble palaces and panoramic bastions;
The narrowest and most picturesque street of Via Stretta , once the main area of the local Jewish ghetto. During the walking tour, you'll taste one of Cagliari's typical dishes: a plate of Culurgiones , a first course stuffed with potatoes and mint, accompanied by a glass of typical Sardinian wine. Your guide will tell you about "his" city, fragrant with the scent of the sea, and its simple, authentic dishes. Our tour ends around 1:00 PM.
*Please note!* The food market is closed on Sundays and Mondays, but your guide will still make the tour just as interesting by adding fascinating alternatives. Instead of the market, you'll discover hidden gems and local secrets, such as artisanal shops, quaint cafes, and cultural venues that offer a deeper insight into Cagliari 's daily life and traditions.

No, no meals are included in the stay as by staying in a residence you have the possibility of managing your meals independently.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
For all confirmed tours, we require a 30% deposit upon confirmation, plus any remaining balance for airline or ferry tickets. Full payment is required 30 days prior to departure.

Mandatory expenses
Mandatory apartment fees to be paid locally:
FLAT RATE : per person per day from June 14 to September 12, €10.00 for adults; €5.00 for children aged 3–11.99; free for children aged 0–2.99. This rate includes energy costs.
(electricity, water, gas) and the first supply of bed linen and towels (linen changed every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights).
FINAL CLEANING : B3/B4 €80.00; T5/T6 €90.00. The kitchenette and waste disposal are the responsibility of the guest. Failure to comply with these obligations will result in a penalty of €50.00 for failure to clean the kitchenette and an additional €50.00 for failure to dispose of waste.
TOURIST TAX : To be paid locally in cash, mandatory for the municipality of Villasimius. The amount varies depending on the season.
DEPOSIT : €200.00 refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the apartment. For departures outside of office hours, the deposit may be refunded via bank transfer (guest pays fees).

Reception hours are 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you arrive before 1:00 PM (the reception is closed from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM), early check-in can be requested and arranged with the reception.
If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, guests are required to communicate this late arrival at the time of booking and then contact the reception staff to arrange key collection (via keybox code).
Without prior notice, check-in is not guaranteed and an additional €50.00 penalty may be applied. Check-out is between 9:00 and 10:00. A guest's telephone number is required for all reservations.
