Palau Green Village is a complex built with traditional Sardinian stone , comprising apartments nestled in manicured gardens just steps from the beach. There are four apartment types to choose from.
Studio apartment for 2 people, Premium Studio apartment for 2 people, Two-room apartment for 4 people and Two-room apartment for 4 people Primium.
The apartments, finely furnished , are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen , air conditioning , private bathroom , private veranda (first floor) or patio (ground floor) equipped with tables and chairs.
The services available in the structure, in addition to the welcome of our reception, include a large swimming pool with sun loungers and solarium , a barbecue area, a convenient laundry area , and a playground for the little ones.
Thanks to the strategic position of the Palau Green Village , just 150 metres away you can reach the nearby beach, surrounded by a thick pine forest with a fitness trail , while 500 metres away you can easily reach the town centre .

The one-bedroom apartments are 40/50 square meters , located on the ground floor or first floor with a furnished veranda. They consist of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom.
All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. A fifth bed is available (for a supplement, type +1).

Palau is nestled in a cove sheltered from the north wind, next to the exclusive Costa Smeralda and opposite the enchanting park of the Maddalena archipelago .
Life in the village, founded in the late 19th century and home to four thousand residents in the winter and tens of thousands of tourists in the summer, revolves around tourism and the port. Bars, lights, and events enliven the summer nights.
Near the town, on a granite promontory shaped by time, a natural sculpture appears that seems to have been sculpted by an artist: it is the Bear Rock , the symbol of Palau , with its head turned towards the sea.
The geographer Ptolemy (2nd century AD) attests to its knowledge since antiquity: ancient sailors used it as a point of reference.
The landscape of Capo d'Orso is fascinating and interesting, thanks to tafone tombs and Neolithic remains.
Visit to La Maddalena
Experience 1: La Maddalena
We move to the port of Palau from where we will take the public boat to reach the island of La Maddalena : a road runs along its entire perimeter, 45 kilometers of breathtaking views: granite and porphyry delimit jagged stretches, solitary inlets, silent coves and white beaches and turquoise sea, inland rolling hills stretch out.
La Maddalena is the older sister of around 60 islands and islets that make up the larger archipelago of Gallura and the whole of Sardinia , protected by the national park established in 1994, an uncontaminated wonder of the Mediterranean.
At the end we will taste an excellent selection of typical products accompanied by a good local wine and we will return to Palau in the early afternoon.
Tasting at the Badesi Winery
Experience 2: Badesi Winery
In the afternoon, we set off independently to Isola Rossa . The landscape is picture-perfect; houses and sea are separated by a long stretch of soft, pale-colored sand with golden highlights and pebbles near the shore. The sea will strike you with its emerald-green hues and transparency, with a shallow, sandy seabed in its first stretch. Opposite us, we'll find a small island of red rocks.

The natural night-time temperature range is a peculiarity that makes the grapes grown in these soils rich in aromas and nuances.
We'll begin our journey by visiting the estate, the vineyards, and the cellars, and they'll tell us about the origins of these wineries and their production and winemaking methods.
At the end, a tasting of 2 wines from the cellar awaits us, accompanied by typical Sardinian products .

No, no meals are included in the stay as by staying in a residence you have the possibility of managing your meals independently.
CAN FIXED COSTS BE PAID IN ADVANCE?
No, all mandatory costs must be paid on site upon your arrival.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
For all confirmed tours, we require a 30% deposit upon confirmation, plus any remaining balance for airline or ferry tickets. Full payment is required 30 days prior to departure.

Mandatory expenses
Mandatory apartment fees to be paid locally:
FLAT RATE : Per person per day from June 14 to September 12: €10.00 for adults; €5.00 for children aged 3–11.99; free for children aged 0–2.99. This fee includes energy costs (electricity, water, gas) and the first set of bed linen and towels (changed every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights).
FINAL CLEANING : M2-M2P €70.00; B4-B4P €80.00. The kitchenette and waste disposal are the responsibility of the guest. Failure to comply with these obligations will result in a penalty of €50.00 for failure to clean the kitchenette and an additional €50.00 for failure to dispose of waste.
TOURIST TAX : To be paid locally in cash, mandatory for the municipality of Palau. The amount varies depending on the season;
DEPOSIT : €200.00 refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the apartment. In case of departures outside of office hours, the security deposit may be refunded via bank transfer (guest pays fees).

Reception hours are 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
If you arrive in the morning before 1:00 PM (the reception office is closed from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM), an early check-in can be requested and possibly arranged with the reception office.
If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, guests are required to communicate this late arrival at the time of booking and then contact the reception staff to arrange key collection (via keybox code).
Without prior notice, check-in is not guaranteed and an additional €50.00 penalty may be applied. Check-out is between 9:00 and 10:00.
